Where can you not remove rubbish from?
If we cannot park or we have access issues, we may have issues removing the rubbish. If there are any health and safety issues, we can not remove the rubbish. We can offer a Waste bags collection that you can book online.
Where can you remove rubbish?
We are insured to remove rubbish on your property and remove it from your loft, indoor and outside, including the garden.
What junk do you not take?
We cannot remove infectious waste, raw food like meat and fish, and chemicals.
Can you move pianos?
We can move small pianos, and in some regions, our teams are insured to break them up and dispose of them on site. We can recommend professional piano companies that remove large and heavy pianos.
What type of waste do you remove?
We take all types of non-hazardous waste. For example, plasterboard, builders, DIY waste, WEEE, furniture, wood, flooring, garden refuse, junk from the house and commercial waste.
What do you approve as heavy materials and charge by weight?
We class dense types of waste like bricks, rubble, tiles, glass, soil as heavy materials. You can book a skip online alternately.
Do your teams estimate on-site before collecting the waste?
Yes, our team will always communicate the service before they load if you are on-site. If you are not on-site, our team can call you

How do you know what to charge?
It is challenging to be exact, although the team is very generous on what they remove. The guide we have is two small domestic washing machines are one cubic yard which is 0.83m3. If you would prefer to load a waste bag or skip, you can book online. We welcome any pictures sent to us, and our team is happy to quote you. We have been estimating for 14 years and completed thousands of collections successfully, so you are in good hands.
How do you know how much our rubbish weighs?
Some trucks have weighing scales on the vehicle and a guide to help you understand 1 yard of bulky waste is only 30-60 KG, and bricks can weigh 2KG. A rubble sack can weigh around 25KG. Alternatively, we can send you a weighbridge ticket once it is tipped at our waste transfer station. The scales are calibrated to industry standards
Do I need to separate the waste or bag the waste before collection?
We always advise separation increases recycling, although you do need to separate or bag your waste. We do have very generous time allowances to remove rubbish, so the easier access we have, the better. Small materials being bagged can ensure there are no additional charges.
Do I need to be in for you to collect my rubbish?
We can’t always give ETA, so if you need to go out, you can leave your rubbish outside in a location we can collect.
How much notice do you need to book my collection?
We aim to complete our jobs within 24 hours or same day. In some rural areas it may take longer to complete the collection.
Do you contact me before arrival?
Yes, most of the time, you should receive a call, text, or email communicating we are on route about 30 minutes before.
How do I pay for the rubbish collection?
You can pay in many ways. Our online booking accepted the majority of cards and even Google pay, Apple pay. Alternatively, you can pay over the phone with a customer services expert. Our accounts customers pay on 30 days invoice.
Do you send confirmation bookings?
Yes, our team will email you confirmation booking explaining the booking.
When do I pay for the collection?
If you have an account, you can pay in 30 days, and if you do not have an account, you will prepay for your collection.
What happens if your collection less rubbish from my property?
We only charge for what we remove, and if the collection is less we will reduce the cost and refund you the difference.
Can I cancel my rubbish removal?
Of course, or you can rearrange a time or date. Refunds can take five working days, and we require some notice. For example, if the truck is on route, a wasted journey fee can be applied. This is because we have booked this slot for you.
What happens if I book 4 yards and there is rubbish left over?
Once we arrive, we can confirm the number of cubic yards you have, and we only charge for what we remove. We would be happy to collect the rubbish and charge by the cubic yard if there is more rubbish. Our office and team on site will communicate this to you so you can decide.
Do you allow time slots?
The majority of the collections are flexible during the day, and the team will contact you when they are on route. However, we can give morning or afternoon AM or PM. On some occasions, collections can take longer than planned, so it is challenging to provide hour slots.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, can you change your booking at any time.
Do you offer fixed prices rather than flexible load prices?
Only on very large collections that take multiple collections to complete. Most of our collections are charged on a flexible load, and we only charge for what we remove.
What vehicles come to my property?
We have a fleet of different weight trucks. #Majority of the trucks are 3.5 ton Luton Box vans, and we also have 7.5-ton class 1 HGV vehicles for more extensive and heavier collections. Our most giant truck is 40 yards capacity and 18 ton Class 1 HGV.
How big are your trucks?
The majority of the trucks are 3.5 ton Box trucks which hold 1 ton of waste and 14 yards of waste, and the larger 7.5-ton trucks HGV Class 1, are 24 yards cubic yards. Our most giant trucks hold a massive 40 yards of waste.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes, some parts of the country are not beneficial to travel due to carbon footprint emissions. We provide a national one-stop solution, and we use suitable and local contractors to complete the job. All the teams are insured and licensed, and our technology allows us to manage your rubbish clearance from start to finish. We can even report on where your waste is recycled.
Do you inform me you are on route?
Yes, we will contact you to explain we are on route. The confirmation booking details the date and time booked.
Do I need to be in for you clear my rubbish?
You do not need to be in if we can remove the rubbish and have no access issues. You can be emailed picture before and after the rubbish collection. If there is more rubbish than planned, we will need to contact you while the team is on-site to collect payment.
Do you charge parking fines?
It would help if you organise parking for our team, and it is your responsibility. We can park on the road if it is safe too. Parking fines are passed on to the customer.
Do you charge depending on the location of the rubbish?
Over 95% of all our waste collections are completed with ease. However, there might be an extra charge for time if we need to collect from a high-rise area, across a field, or parking is long from the waste.
Do I need to place the garbage outside?
No, we can remove your rubbish anywhere on the property, although you are welcome to place your junk all in one location or outside ready. We will always confirm the price before removing the rubbish.
What happens if the estimate is not correct?
We appreciate that it is difficult to estimate weights and size to communicate why this has happened. Our teams have been evaluating for many years, so you are in good hands.
Do you the pictures of the rubbish?
Yes, we take a picture before, after, and also of the truck during the collection.
Can you offer discounts?
We will always try to be the most competitive. If you had one material, we could offer a discount in some areas.
Do you work on Sundays?
Yes, we have collected rubbish on Sundays although this will occur an out of hours surcharge and we need time to organise a team.
Do you do evening waste collection?
Yes, but a surcharge will occur for out of hours, and we need time to organize a team working hour structure.
Where do you dispose of the waste?
We operate our waste transfer station. The majority of man and van operators have to tip their rubbish externally, which increases your cost. Luckily, we can keep our costs competitively for this reason. On some occasions, we do tip with other depots if the carbon footprint calculator advises this. The environmental agency and local authority manage all waste transfer stations. We also audit these sites to confirm up-to-date recycling rates.
Do you supply waste transfer notes?
We send you electronic waste transfer notes or duty of care explaining to you where the waste has been collected and where it will go with our full details. This is emailed to you once the collection is completed.
